ofc u can't do the requirement with +65% phys def. I used Unohana(no gear or t1)+MC with 9th skill.
Main 1 shot first minnion- >renji attacks enemy assaulter-> unohana normal attack or heal->MC uses skill on enemy assaulter->renji uses skill on support(with the atk buff from MC->uno bla bla heal->MC finishes

I did it with sexy yoru no stuff no soul map (but lv10 evo and lv16 exclusive skill) and shin shura ken (no gear)

Renji needs to do the most damage and it has to be greater by a certain percentage, but they made him so weak that it is very hard to make him do the most damage.  So you have to make your other characters super weak so that they do no damage and tavern unohana is the perfect partner because of her repeated healing skill, also it is ok if your mains dies, Konamura and unohana just have to survive and you can throw all your equipment on Unohana.  For komamura just make him strong enough to the point that he just about does not die.

replace hiki with tavern Unohana, or if you don't have her then some weaker tavern partner will have to do.  For me it was impossible to make hiki's damage low enough so I had to swap her out.
