Soul Cultivation - My reward

Okay, here I am again with another question. I finally got 10k points at Soul Cultivation but I still don't know which reward I should choose. I'm running 3-1-1 formation so I don't think Cute Orihime is a good option for me. And after all, I'm more focusing on PVP. Yama is, meh. Not bad but that means I have to change my formation and I don't know how much it would hurt my power. At this point I think stones are the only option I could profit from but I still would like to hear your opinions guys. Thanks >.<

best thing from him?  before Isshin goes (204k speed ATM) he boosts supports speed, making Shinso first, then Isshin and Tenjiro are about even in speed...   Yeah...  good buy, lol

ah dude why is it only me who gets shit luck with stones. I wish I could get some damn strength stones
