Dear Players,

Offgamers will be having an upgrade for their server soon.  Therefore, some of relevant services will be affected temporarily.


The schedule:

Live Maintenance Date : 21st April 2016 - 10:30am (GMT+8）to 10:45am

The Affected Services:

1. Direct Top Up

2. Multi Game Card
- Redemption services
- Replenish Multi Game Card

3. OffGamers Gift Card
- Redemption at Shasso Portal

Does this mean that Since i live in Massachusetts and my cell phone provider doesn't do calls outside the U.S or  wherever Their support is located, won't matter?  Because My top up worked well before this offgamers  started.  I don't like  spending actual  dollar bills over the internet, i prefer prepaid cards.    I tried the G2s option with a $100 Prepaid Visa card, and Input the information correctly. It then goes to a picture of Kon (modsoul stuffed animal) saying Error.  But in the past it did that and i still got gold.    What's up with that?,
