So I have Hiki and Nemu in my formation. I have the option of making one of them T1. If it's Nemu I can also make my two Assaulters T1 with her fury boost.
Hiki is currently 1 star in Modify Partner. So she has that 10% boost to speed. With my best gear for supports on her she has just over 200K speed.
Nemu has 0 stars and a long way to go for 1 star since I just got her and no fragments. With my best gear her speed is only 190k.
What I really want to know is if I should take all the stones from Hiki and try to get Nemu as powerful as I can to T1 and wreck the day, then my Assalters finish things up.
Or
Should I take Nemus stones and combine them with Hikis to have her T1 and protect my team and prolong supers?
Should say I'm level 96 and both of them are also level 96.

I think that you should try to get a 12 set of stones first, but I dont recommend completely stripping either of them of stones. Maybe stop leveling one set from now on and focus on another till they're 12's.
Hiki bro... unless you are facing someone with ignore invincibility mod (highly unlikely) then she is awesome. Plus she boost 50% attack. Which is cool !!
