Can i use a prepaid credit card to top up in Canada?

I went and got one and activated it but when I went to top up with it it said order error payment  ...

I went and got one and activated it but when I went to top up with it it said order error payment failed something like that. I know the money is on the card. any ideas why this could be happening?

yaaaa just make a paypal account and register it there

u can skip the bank linking part

just make sure its registered b4 u add it to paypal
i am from canada and use the same method of payment :3
