ichigo skill and fury question

Ichigo's main skill says increase own fury by 100 points.

So to do a main skill, he has to get 100/100. So when he is on 100/100, it becomes 200/100? or when he is on 100/100 he does main skill which makes it 0/100 and then the 100 adds up to make it 100/100, so it means he should be doing main skill all the time right?

Could someone clear this for me, thanks

ok then there is no need of giving him fury stones. is there any from renji/lisa/momo/main who would need fury stones?
as of now i am not giving it to anyone as the stones dont add up to 100%.

He reached 100 fury ; fight go stays at 100 (cuz it went to 0 and he used it but at same time he gains 100 sumultainiously)

Once he gets 100 fury, he keeps using his skill over and over.
