I now see the importance of speed in PVP, but...

My Nemu is now the fastest one in my CSB group.  I sacrificed most of my agility stones from other partners to give to her.  I was slower than a few others until I did that, I would win some and lose some depending on RNG.
I am faster than the number 1, but I can't kill his Vanguard.  Nemu 1 shots the rest of his group, but we barely scratch the vanguard.  Is having full evo needed for a vanguard, my Ichibe seems super squishy.  I have all rank 10 Strength stones, but his Pdef is less than my Mayuri's by 34k.  Ichibe's Sdef is slightly higher, but only because Mayuri has 2 wisdom stones(both rank 6) and Ichibe has 6 stones and they are rank 8's and 9's.  I'm starting to wonder how to get my defense up, since it seems really low.

I have Ichibe's 12% HP mod, but don't have his 15% one.  That is his 4th mod.  I made the mistake of infusing Ichibe's level 100 gear since I didn't realize the 90 Ultimate gear was that much better.  I now have a set on 100 Ultimate gear, but need water to make it better.  So that is going to help Ichibe or Nemu depending who I give it to.

retsu with crit mod she can pretty much ...

level 70 tavern (must be gold, plus there is no level 60 tavern)  and yeah,  I do 7 gold partners and Kirinji daily

Yes but you see, vanguards get a huge hp bonus from zanpakuto, plus ichibei's mods are largely focused around hp, AND there's the fact that his talent gives a wopping 30% to stamina if I'm recalling correctly. So you see, ichibei should easily have double the hp of your next closest partner.

Mayuri has the same growth natural growth rate for stamina as Ichibe at 6.2, but my Mayuri's is actually higher now since he has level 15 Exclusive Skill.  Ichibe has all 6 r10 Stamina Stones but Mayuri only currently has 5 Stamina stones 1 r8, 2 r9 and 2 r10.  I still think he was supposed to of been a Vanguard, but they coded him as an Assaulter.

Wow, okay there's a lot of things I'm seeing wrong here and I'm not even sure what to start with...

First off I guess your primary concern should be getting better equipment on your partners. Next would be you need to focus waaayyyy more of your stamina/hp on ichibei. Your mayuri shouldn't be nearly as close in hp as he is. Anyways those are your biggest most deadly concerns right now.

I didn't win the solo part of the fight, but Nemu and Senjumaru survived their first round of special attacks then I got lucky with a few extra rounds.  Nemu, Mayuri and Senjumaru survived at the end.  That first round I kept losing main and at least 1 supporter, but only my main died in the first round and Ichibe was able to buy some time for the rest to win it.  Onto the second Gin fight next.

use zanp that have 0 damage rate, avoid injury rate, + up ur immune as vanguard around 60%. Or u can do with t1 speed + damage.
