I am wondering if any one else has had the same problem as me or I am just missing something.
I topped up 800g, and went to the puzzle but only got 300 points.
This is the second time it has happened.
It states 1point 1gold so I should have had 800 points both times.
I hadn't redeemed anything. I didn't get the full amount of points to being with.
I lost out on 500 puzzle points for that event and have not even been contacted by support for it.
What a joke.
