You just need to choose some legit partner from +80 tavern, whatever it might end up being stack that partner and main, just those 2 and get some sacrifical or partners that give your team benefits from dying, such as Unohana's death heal. Participate in EVERY single daily event, get 100% each day, that'll help you get even further and try to give max evo to that one legit partner and exclusive frags, just concentrate on that one partner and at some point you'll just wreak havoc.

But, you aren't doing bad.
Keep going  and if you do well and no on one tops up into the high VIP's then you will be fine
