When I go on ES or RA and I look all the fight, he don't do his skill when He can do it or normal attack too
It's skip tour of him (sorry for my english)

What? Noza isn't bugged. Works fine for me. Maybe your noza got attacked by someone with silence. Also he gives 100 fury to random ally so he won't skill every turn if it is what you mean. If it possible could you post BR where you could show this bug?
