Hogyoku-kai Zanpakuto

This has been on my mind for a while, I was wondering what Reiatsu level do you have to have to be able to upgrade your Zanpakuto from Bankai? Any help would greatly be appreciated, and I also have one more question, I'm going to be hitting level 80 soon which assulter should I get Ikkaku, or Byakuya. Also, I'm using a 1-3-1 formation, should I change to a 1-2-2? I'm relatively slow in progression I mainly want to increase my damage rate in PvE. Thank you so much in advance for the assistance

impossible dude your reiatsu lvl is 26 and you're going to become lvl 80 i am lvl 50 and have it lvl 23 and in fact reach 40 cz at 35 you get zabimaru
if you're a cash player then it will be easier to get hyonimaru VIP CAN BUY VITALITY

when you reach reiatsu lvls such as 11...22...33...(multi of 11) use only peels, it has a high possibility to upgrade 1lvl directly.

As for me, 1 used 1k coupons today and reached enough silver to up rei to 30 lvl >.<
It was nearly 8-9kk silver.
And the only right advice is to save up silver for pve.

unless you have 10k vit saved up i dont think you can get new zanpacto without the use of gold

Do you have any suggestions on ways to increase Reiatsu quickly, I am currently at 26, and I don't really know how to get it up higher fast. I was thinking that, but I wasn't sure. Do you think I should get Harribel or just wait until I can get Urahara? Also, this new event with Hyrinmaru, is it possible to get him without spending money?
