Don't get how I'm being dodged.

So there is a guy in my CSB that has a Starrk (level 120) and he dodges about 50% of my Supporters attacks. Now my Hiki and my Oetsu both have over 250% (Almost 260%) hit so how the hell am I missing..ever? Considering that my Main hits just as often and she only has a little over 190%. And no he doesn't have a Hiki or any other skill to buff Dodge or anything. I'm talking turn 1 and 2 (since I'm faster) I just straight up miss. No buffs are present, no skills, etc. He never even skills because of my T1 Hiki + Oetsu.
I'll try and post a BR on my next CSB if I still keep getting dodged like this.

Yeah that's why I picked him up yesterday. I can beat everyone in my CSB but that guy with Koga takes a few tries.

koga, the only way dodge is still relevant, lol...   just wait till dude upgrades his starrk to second skill...  doesn't that multiply dodge?

Ah okay well that explains it. Guess I'll just stack over 300% on both of them then. Thanks guys.

Hmm I think I'll actually pick him up, I never realized he actually has a couple great mods (-100 Hit and Mutilate on Death) his skill is also pretty good, much better than Tessai, which is who I have atm.

Koga has a hit reduction halo. This means your actual hit rate when facing this guy is 100 less than the normal one
