Just got this error message while tying to top-up $5 via Visa using the Gate2Shop method.


Edit: I don't see a charge pending on my bank account (yet at least), so nothing seems lost on my end, but I'm hesitent to even bother trying if its just going to be unsuccessful again (either because of a bug, because of my card of choice, or whatever else).
