Hogyouku purple quality (GONE)

The game disconned like it always does.. I lost a Hogyouku  purple quality (GONE) lvl 8 with speed +2300 or so.
The support are now telling me that I one clicked it and now its gone.. YOU CAN NOT 1 CLICK A ITEM THAT IS EQUIPPED..  Don't give an excuse for a beta game that still have glitches.. Just fix the problem and give the item back.. Simple as that.!!!

Even if i somehow did. I would of made another one a lvl 8 or higher.. I have nothing above a lvl 4...

There is a checkbox on the Swallow Confirm screen with "Already equipped jade" next to it. You probably clicked that by mistake and made the one you already had equipped a viable option to swallow.

You will just get an excuse why they cant fix something there game screwed up.. If I get no reply by TOMORROW  I will call Paypal.. I have to much money tied up in this game to be losing items due to game glitching and random disconnect.. .. They gave me a 100% bullshit excuse that can not happen if its equipped..

Hi we've just checked your record and found that in 2:09 server time you conducted some Hogyoku actions. You used "one-click sale" or "one-click swallow" and the purple Hogyoku you mentioned was lost.

No reply after I told them you can not 1 click sell or swallow an item that is equipped.!!!!!!!

The only good thing about Paypal.. They will  all your money if the game is glitchy and unplayable..
