I'm getting a new supporter, but i can't decide. Should i get nel tu from swp, or gin ichimaru from lvl 100 tavern?
(Note that i do not plan to upgrade nel tu if i do get her)

Sure.
nel, is not a bad partner if you play her with yachiru but after 3-4 months the combo gets useless and she expires.
While gin, he is basically a key to Hollow soul map and pvp. Stun works in hollow map and fury reduction is very nice.
you can use kisuke instead of nel and he is a lot easier to make T1 while nel is very very hard to make her pure t1.
