Modify Partners error [Copy URL]

In Modify Partners tab, on reset options, VIP 4 should have 1 free reset chance per day, but when i clicked there it consumed 30 coupons without even warning! The warning says: "You have one free chance today, it will consume 0 gold." nothing more. I want my coupons back!

So I remember seeing a thread where they said they would respond with 3 working days. Must be a REALLY long holiday in China that I don't know about. But that's okay, I know of at least three people on my server alone that are not going to put any more money towards this until GoGames learns how to properly test updates before releasing them and provide some customer service. That's a few hundred dollars a month just from one server. Not to mention the people that have completely left the game due to being frustrated with the lack of support. That's a LOT of lost revenue.

This was supposed to be a top up week for me. For obvious reasons I have not topped up. I know a few others in my server are fed up with this lack of support as well and will not be topping up any time soon. I understand there are probably hundreds of emails a day, and I have tried to be patient, but I am not paying to beta test; I'm paying for a service. If that service can't be provided by you, then it can be provided by someone else. Have a wonderful day!

Same here. Took 120 coupons. I have emailed "support" but get no response. Is there some way to contact them other than [email protected]? Because they evidently do not respond to that. It was going to be a top up week for me, but after the bugs and lack of support, I am not putting any more money into this.

It also locks up A LOT when doing the individual battles on the map. Not such a big deal once you've been through that characters map, but having to reload 6 our of 15 battles is a bit ridiculous. Please get this fixed and reply to your customers. Thank you.

For me it took I think 36 coupons, I would also like them back.
