Please remove Vip1 requirement for Ulquiorra

I want to get him but obviously I can't. Please look into this suggestion because I really don't want to have to waste time trying to reach level 80 and not be able to get the character I want. If this is anything like Naruto's S-Club Ninjas, then perhaps you can atleast make the non-upgraded ones available for free (I don't know if they're any good without upgrade but I know I want him). Besides, he's only 1 character. And maybe some people who decide to get might want to even go Vip4 after. Who knows.
Also, I didn't really know where I was going to post this. I couldn't find the suggestion list, so I apologize. And for people who'll hate on this because they went Vip1 just to get him, well, Naruto Vips got over it (Not that I wanted to compare the 2 games, but come on, they're almost pretty much the same).
