Physical attack Hogyoku on Kido character

I always want to know why do people put physical attack hogyoku on kido characters....is it something that I didn't know that makes you stronger? I need to know

No, it does nothing for them. I would hope maybe it's because they swap gear between kido and physical characters.

on his main...  I'd say negative on that one, lol  however,  level 99 with at least 2x ultimate stones...   very impressed with that luck for sure!!
