Hitting level 70 what should my formation be?

I can get 1 gold partner as soon as I hit 70 but can also save for a 2nd. So who should I get and in what order.

My current team is 1-2-2 Chad- Zabimaru Renji-Main-Dark Rukia-Kirinji currently using Kazeshini but am close to getting soygo from legend gallery.

Well. In my opinion, at around Lv 100, you should be looking at Event partners already. Ultimate BP event is great way to get partners suitable for your personal team. Start saving VIT and be patient.

I'd say Ikkaku first, for obvious reasons. easier to get Sajin next. I believe Sajin will be with you until you get Hollowed Ichigo (at least it is going to be for me ).

Question i am wondering, is PvE team. When you have Ikkaku, main, Kirinji, D.Rukia and Z.Renji, when it is time to put Kirinji into closet, so Assault team will be getting most fury out. Or is Kirinji just so good, it's worth of keeping in, instead of extra Fury from Urahara/rukia.
