This has been bothering me for a while now, regarding the last few weeks there has been a lack of communication between you 'devs' and us players/customers.
Can you guys at least give us notice of what you are doing, just now you took all the events out of the EU server 30..

I know you guys fucked up with the events and are willing to fix this as soon as possible, but before you act you might want to inform us players..

Honestly i just like the idea of official announcements, for example if there is going to be a maintenance there should be a post there that other players can not interfere with, but only get information from, and then there should be updates about the situation, this game isn't that small there is about 2m members on the forums so it would only seem logical to traffic these little things, to help the game grow and show the players that they are working hard to give them the best experience they could possibly have.

And here in shows some the problem. It these little things that will help make not only their lives easier but yours, and increase the ability to distribute info to the masses.

Makes you wonder why they wont take simple steps like this to help smooth things out a little better.

they actually need to give you better forum rights. Make it so that 1) your posts stand out more, and 2) allow you to make sticky posts at the top of forum.

Else anything you say just gets buried in all the whine

You actually prooved my point..
I'm not even talking about getting a compensation, I'm just asking to have a better communication trough either you or trough the forum by them. So before you might want to accuse people of raging, you might want to change your point of view. I'm only asking for them to be more active on delivering information.

Ps: I did read their update about the BP event and no their solution didn't work but that isn't a big deal

I post this in tech support section already but the ultimate BP event is gone an hour earlier that it was suppose due to daylight saving and server reseting an hr later even event timer saying one more hour. i have vitality to spend...can i get bk my event to spend it and mabey get 2nd or 3rd place? >.>

Charlie did post about the issue, just not recently, and he said in the original post what to do if you did not get rewards or if you got bugged. E-mail them as he asked. Instead, people come in raging right off the bat, some may have sent an e-mail, but they don't have a 24 hour a day staff, so if you sent an e-mail at 4am their time, of course they aren't going to get it right away.

Anyhow, things are going to be compensated anyways, there is no worries.
