i think when they do raise the cap they also need to make lvl 150-160 gear, both forge and ultimate, than the same with accessories, they are prob taking their time doing all that stuff (a whole year though is way too damn long to take)....
some are level 159 since a year or so.
reinc system made them going down again...
But i agree, it would have been nice if dev's had raised the cap instead of creating red tavern or any other features
