So i tried everything... Downloaded a new browser, updated Adobe Flash Reader, backed my PC and i still get black screen, help me?

I tried all available browsers, different computers with different Systems... just black screen.
Also problems with events on crystals... i could be first, and after reseting i could be first again, if event dont end hour before it was said :-(
I really liked this game, i invest real money to it... but it is worse and worse :-(

Has anyone actually contacted support about it? It probably was an error when they were doing someth ...

I've already giving up in contacting the support through mail about everything, they didn't reply and some of my mails didn't even get delivered to the email address

a new bug again...... and hey this is even not maintenance like before..... this game going better day after day.....

next time maybe whole crash and all data player disappear and we must play from beginning again with no compesation of money we spend in it....
