Well do the Server merge as quick as possible many offline players are there who dont even play the game

I think the problem with the partner mod is that you reset a character while you have 0 total chances of cultivating left, thus even if you reset the character, you can't cultivate him/her unless you buy an extra cultivation chance.

A visual error? Please explain? If it does not load the correct data and a player makes a decision based on that incorrect data, they need to fix it. This is like the current event showing tasks from the first day on the third day. You complete that task, but it does not give you a match because it is displaying the wrong information. It has done this several times throughout yesterday and today. They also need to restore the player due to the error.

The lock up causes 7-8 reloads on average. Not too big a deal, unless you don't win the battle and you have no idea what happened during the battle. Did they have stunners? Was it a lucky hit? Who knows? Too bad, so sad for you.

The issue with it not allowing the play of the reset map was addressed in another thread where several people had it happen as well. As I said, I sent two emails. What has it been? A week and a half now since the first one and no response? Yes, I check spam folder as well, just in case.

The end result is this: I was on a top up schedule of every two weeks. Due to the lack of support, I did not top up last time. Seeing as how there is still no support, I likely will not this week either. I know that just on my server alone there are two other people that are not going to top up right now because we feel like more problems are being created in this game than are being fixed. They open a new server every day, but bugs reported on here months ago are still not addressed (i.e. achievements not working, zombie/ghosting mobs and partners in battle). I can't throw more money at it and hope that they just decide to start doing something. I appreciate events like the current one (if done without the bugs), but what a lot of us would like is just some sort of acknowledgement that we are actually valued customers. If I am told to send an email to report a bug and a response will be received within 3 business days, then I expect that.

*edit* wanted to see what the cost was today to reset the partner map, it says 0 gold. I got a screen shot this time. Won't let me post it though. I'll try again later. So it's still not fixed.

As for not being able to repeat them, was anyone else having this issue? I know I've reset some personally and they worked fine.
