please remove cd time for upgrading items to all players

vip 4 skips battle,  and you can't expect them to change it more than that.  however i do agree that durring the whole skip battle thing, your chat window should be open.  BTW  small tip...  if you close the game and walk away durring skip battle, the timer keeps going...  so when you get back, it auto battles the ones you were offline for for free...  just sayin...

Actually I dont Support This, At 1st is wasnt even meant to be fast paced and no cd time , that Zero CD time was implemented as a Privilege purchase For Supporting the game to VIP 4 - 6, now what can be done is cutting all CD Time in half, fortification to 10, refesh login from 60sec to 30sec,  and also in respect to skipping battle (battle sequence can be fast paced, in other to cut down battle time) but also keep in mind in normal battle a slow CPU and Graphic Interface will lead to slower animation which will Obviously slow down battle and take more time, also fresh login will take more time loading up different sequences of the game and will take time getting all the games data together.

cool down time is ok but u have to do something abt the auto battle and skip battle...else ppl will not play this ....u cant expect us to spend like 10 hrs a day
