There is no Quincy Queen...the strongest Quincy is on S10, on US servers. Probably the strongest PvP main and will win server clash. If I can't beat him.
There is only 2 people I know for a fact can beat me, and that' duffy from S1, and maybe the S10 person. I'm not to worried about anyone else, I've done studdied them all.

How do you know? They've never fought.

If he can one hit a 200k hp character with decent Phy Defense, then that just goes to show how broken 100% fury is.

I hit just about as hard on my main, with a higher lvl 10 skill, and I hit squishyer supports for only 160-170k total. I'm not convinced.

And that Wiz guy is not on S10, so how do you know the S10 Quincy can one shot him

It's time for some visa skills, since in this game don't matter what strategy you have, building, partner build... if you have money you could be dumb as a rock and you still are number 1

I'll still be top BP, and #1 in PvE, I don't care about Arena, the rewards suck honestly, very little difference in 1 and 2, and it's a toss up as it is, if my Gin lives that 1st attack, I'll win. He can't one shot my main or VG...hoping a 200k hp Gin can live to, if I got to I'll put Str stones on him for extra defense. I'm close to 100% fury myself, so if I got to be #2 for a month or so, so be it. No hair off my manhood, I don't care.
