Unable to Sign in, or change name since merger..

So since Gogames did this awesome merger.. I can no longer log into my server US7 with my account..

It says there's already a user with that name.. no shit.. ME!

Regardless.. If I have to change my name so be it.. however every goddamned time I try to it says it's too long, or already in use..

There is no indication of what the character limit is.. if I used to have Shiba Isshin that's 12 characters including the space.. I've tried a name as short as 7 and still nothing..

Care to offer some of that world class support? .....

btw that thing of the first that log in keep the name and the 2nd can change  its a lie i do and 2nd acc on pourpose to change my ign but when i try to log in said that the name is already in use, really?? why?? because i havent log in with none of the acc, anyway i can erase the K of my ign so wasnt so bad

This entire fiasco reeks of under planning..

If they knew they were at some point going to merge servers, then something should have been instituted in the beginning of the server launches to ensure that a name can only be used once.

Compile a database of all created accounts as they are created, inserting each new username into the DB.. when someone new goes to sign up, the first thing the script does is check that compiled DB for a match, if there is already someone with the same name, return an error..

Yeah, won't let me use "Musashi" (7), my other go-to name MisterMusashi (too long, apparently, though randomly generated names are FAR longer plus the space in front), and my only shorthand name I can use, "Musa" (4) which says is in use. Who the heck uses Musa?
Also, I'm kinda the PGM of S18 so... I feel like my needs to stay the same.
