I topped up 50.00 at 11:57am, payment was accepted etc. it's now 1:15pm and I still haven't received my 2k gold. just wondering what's going on with that. I would assume the bank stopped the payment except I recieved the email saying it was accepted. Please fix this asap

how long could this take, I've waited almost 12 hours for this. The only reason I'm even irritated by this is that the money was taken and they are dragging their feet giving back. So I don't really think after 12hrs that I'm being impatient, more or less just disappointed. especially the other times I've topped up in this i've received the gold etc in a half hour or less

Now if that doesn't work just charge back your money from bank and tell everyone how you hate gogames. Cos we all aren't aware of how shitty they are. (Heavy sarcasm)
well, it's now 11 pm and my 50.01 came out of my bank account and I still don't have my 2k gold. so thanks for taking my money and giving me shit. I'll be sure to inform people about how topping up in this game works
