who should attack first

can someone tell me why this guy attack me first
even if my kensei's speed is higher than him
my question is why he attacks me first?
btw my reiatsu is lvl 94
and his is lvl101

Or become faster than the buffed up version of Ulquiorra with zangets ...

yeah if my kensei attacks him first
he can disarm or silence most of his team
then its easy for me to beat him

Or become faster than the buffed up version of Ulquiorra with zangetsu's speed buff, either one works and is just about the same thing in a way

Kirinji goes first, makes zangetsu go, then Ulquiorra gets a speed buff and goes first before your Kensei

So you just need to get faster than his zangetsu buffed Ulquiiorra ^^

If his Kirinji goes first, then his Zangetsu procs, and Zangetsu's ability as the zanpakuto gives speed to assaulters, so that might be your problem

also is that the online version of his Ulquiorra? If it's the offline version, then some stats may be hidden such as bonds or whatever, he may end up being faster than you whilst online but im not sure if being offline makes up for a 20k speed difference, on a slow assaulter like Ulquiorra too

Not helpful with the two chars shown. whats his complete formation and yours too...!

his formation:
zanpak: zangetsu
vanguard: hollow ichigo
assaulters: main, CSB byakuya, resurection ulquiorra (T1)
supporter: kirinji

my formation:
zanpak: senbonzakura
vanguard: shin shura kenpachi
assaulters: main,brenji, shinigami kensei (T1)
supporter: retsu unohana (tavern)

the stats for both is with reiatsu
his reiatsu is lvl 101 and mine lvl 94
