It's pretty much the same as winning UC.
You get 100% rebate from the event and 50% normal rebate.

Oh sorry, you are telling me the cheapest way. Spending is such bad value, I'd rather spend as little as possible with how bad spending is in this halloween event.

If you do the 6k topup for 3 days you will get 19points x 3days for 57 points so you would need to spend 31.5k out of your 45k gold to get the remaining 63 points. so you would still have 13.5k gold left.
