Well it depends on if your wanting to be a Mod on the Forums or a PGM... Might want to specify which one in your OP. Other wise as far a mod on forums
goes for all forums i would assume, dedicated member whose there to answer player's questions about any topic and what not and who is also respected as a member of the community other then that, That's what it should take. And for PGM's they are recruiting PGM's in a thread on the forums if you haven't already checked it out to see what their looking for as far as requirements.

Nothing if you don't like stress and drama.

Other than that, being the senior operator, you get paid in coupons. PGMs get 500 a month, I get 1,000.

PGM's are not "mods". If by mod you mean server, there is only one per server. Those are PGM's.
