Cant Play?

Hi, I just created my account and want to play but i go to pick a server, pick the one i want to play and I get a black screen. The only thing showing is Kon with the message and when i click the X on it he goes to the bottom right corner and nothing lese but blackness

A lot of people was experiencing lag issues today, not just you guys.

same problem.  My server, S34 is lagging like mad, but if I try loading say, S43, that new one?  It loads fine.

Dont use CCleaner as it can actually cause Malware to form with in your system.  Best thing to do is to make sure your Flash Player and Java is up to date

Once you updated them, go to your web-browser. and delete your cookies.  After all said and done, just restart Computer and you should be good to go.


If you are still having problems make sure you do your Microsoft updates (if running windows) or OS X: updates (if Running Macintosh)

why i cannot see more server ?,I've entered but when he saw many servers there are always written logged in again

because when i did that ... this is what happens to my account turn to black screen and can only see kon

nightwolf thats not helping all that answers are already made and i know about technical issues about the browser i played a lot of browser games for almost 5 years  .. the one thats have something wrong is the game itself

Same problem. Using updated Firefox, updated plugins, smooth running browser and computer. The player data loading initializes, but the bar doesn't even progress - it then disappears and the screen stays black, with Kon on the lower right corner, as andrew mentioned.
