Isshin worth 10k for low vip?

I wish to know if he's worth the gold(i intend to hire him and pay for his days until i get him permanently).
Is he worth the gold for both pvp and pve? (for low vip, as stated above)
better than yama for pvp if both at evo 11?
Worth or Not?
My PvP formation : Mc, Yamamoto(exclusive level 0, Evo 11 and Pure T1), Hollowed Ichigo, Sosuke Aizen and Kirinji.
My ES formation: Mc(with Hollowed Ichigo's gear), Sexy Yoruichi(exclusive level 35, 5 mods done), Uryuu(fully modded,with mc's gear), Kisuke and Cute Orihime.
Ryoka: Mc,Sexy Yoruichi,Hollowed Ichigo,Kisuke and Cute Orihime(other details are same as for ES formation).

Well i might be playing a bit over an month but Doesnt that depend on your Current Formation ? Its probally pretty worth for people who have a what less formation than ussual Guys of there VIP Lv.
Also i dont quite understand the Limited Lease?
Is it like if u Lease then and u paided an total of 10k Gold ( Like with Isshin ) U get him Permanent ? something like that?

when you hire a partner, you can keep him in your partner list even after he's expired. You just can't use him.
You can get the partner from any other event, and when you get have him in your bag, click on use, and the partner you hired will become permanent.
So, for hiring select minimum amount of gold, i.e, 1 day. Just get the partner elsewhere if you can, since that saves money.

you can pay 10kgold to permanent own Isshin or pay it in payments and it takes a xgold off of 10k.. say you lease for a week 420gold you still have 9,480 to go till you permanently own him

I know how the system works.
I'm asking if he's worth it for my team or not.

He is rather outdated character, for 10k you could get something better for both PvE and PvP. Also he tends to cause bugs so this is another disadvantage. And is he better for PvP than yama? That depends. Isshin will be better against players who focused on assaulter line but won't be that usefull against players who focus more on support or vanguards (and from what i have seen majority of players focus on supporters or vaguard, not assaulters). So better don't bother with him.

IMO it's not worth, since we already saw chars such as B.Renji in UBP, isshin will prob come by as well, i would recommend to save the gold and get another char, who? i have no clue, you have to check what you reallly need, and im lazy to get more info

isshin isn't worth anymore since he got fixed

keep in mind, this is my opinion and im just trying to give a fast answer, so i didn't pay to much attention to details, just wait a day or 2 and you will get enough answers to decide

Actually, it depends on you. There are character who are better than isshin and only slightly more expensive(11-12k) like kirio, retsu unohana kenpachi( last times i only se her in ultra hero for 8k top-up), b.renji( appear pretty rare in events exept ultra hero but if you will wait long enough maybe you will find him for about 12k). I've done all the freakin 'research' I can, and can't come up with anything good coz I can't top up enough to get a partner.
