i have trouble coz i fell behind and every1 in my realm got better and i can beat like 2 of them nowwith some work i might even be able to be 3rd or 4th in my low lvl ToT coz yama will give me a big improvement and by the time i get yama lvl 90 ill probably have 1 mil BP reached xD

if not, you need a beefier vang, and a support with 90% break def that can stun him...  with that, it should be a piece of cake
if not, maybe try your PVE party?   but if his main is blocking you hardcore, maybe you need more break defense...  some partners are good at lowering block too...

Blame the csb system its not players fault if you played
World of warcraft there were always hight lvl players in
low lvl place killing every little guy trying to lvl up
