Starting Fresh... What to get!

HE~ey Guys been away for almost a year now...

Just thought since i have free time i would get back, i might start fresh but am trying to see if its well worth starting fresh...

so am doing research rn, i need a donation account( any free domant account ) so i can use and see the new things that have been added to the game and also more...

  

I would appreciate if its around 100+

depending on how much money your gonna spend, some of my advice may not apply
From Hueco Mundo, Pan Grimm is great for pve and early pvp
Unless your #1 in Arena, PVE gives better rewards by far (Ryoka, Evil Spirit)
High damage % and fury regen are two great aspects of partners good for PVE
For early PVP, partners that control foe are very good, Yourichi and Harribel are two great partners for PVP
Until T1 comes to your server, your vanguard will take the most damage, so making him/her stronger is probably a good idea
Yama and Cute Orihime from Soul Cultivation are a must for F2P and low VIP players
Don't buy any Ultimate gear under level 100
Shinigami Agent is worth it, 100%, no questions
In Special War Partners, if you can't upgrade them due to VIP level, do not get Ulquorria, Kenpachi, or Ultima...  really any of them except Grim, as his first form is viable in PVE till level 100, some would say later...  Soo Renji isn't terrible...  he's just not worth the work, and for much less work you can get comparable partners in terms of damage output (Ikkaku and Kenpachi) available sooner than Soo...
