Best assaulter in every category apart from speed ya.. but who needs speed anyway.

those with a cc abillities (either fury deduct (works with fury restrict) or any of the following: chaos, silence, fossilize, stunn and dissarm )but for the most part that means you need to have a t1 and relly fast character to make good use of him

Got question about chair hp regen mod. Does he restore 30% hp if hp less then 50% once per battle or ...

If it is like similar mods, it triggers on his turn with that condition.
