Need help with few things

So i need help with few things.
Here is my team: Rukia/Main-SWP Grim-Tavern Renji
Zanpakuto:Zabimaru
VIP0

1/I'm about to get Ikkaku (almost level 80). But idk whether i use him instead of SWP Grim or Tavern Renji?

2/basically planning on using 0-3-2 till i reach 110 & get H.Ichigo and then use 1-3-1 with C.Orihime As lone supporters.        So should i get Urahara at 80 or just use rukia till 110?

3/How to get The Title "Extreme Battle Power"?
        -Do i need to kill Evil Spirit & deal 85% of all damage?
        -Do i just need to deal 85% of all damage (basically it doesn't matter if the evil spirit dies or not)?

4/Is it Worth it using Immune Set on all my assaulters ( 4 lvl 70 forged Spirit equipement + 2lvl 80 forged Spirit equipement)

5/About Mods souls: Should i aim for Kenpachi at the start & then go Gin? or go Gin from the start?

I'm basically focusing just on PVE. So i guess i'll replace Renji with Ikkaku since in other thread people said Grim does more DMG than Tavern Renji.

I was planning to get Urahara but since the n1 in Arena literally kills the 3 Evil spirits & all the ryoka by himself & i can't get any decent amount of silver i just decided to drop him :p
So if by some miracle i start getting silver, i'll def get him

1/ Ikkaku is much better than Tavern Renji so i'd definitely pick him over Renji, he beats him in every possible way and is a clear upgrade ^^
SWP Grimmjow is somewhat debatable to call him better, worse or the same as Ikkaku, but I would section them off to PVE or PVP characters. SWP Grimmjow being the PVE character, Ikkaku being the PVP. Not going to go so far into detail with them as they are really similar! But whatever you prefer to use in a formation for PVE/PVP, you get those characters.

Biggest difference is their skill. SWP Grimmjow attacks first enemy only and deals alot of single target damage there, but the debuffs/buffs that come with it aren't so great (namely laceration). Ikkaku does the same on single target damage but deducts fury, alot more useful to be completely honest and can upgrade this skill with exclusive levels to make him attack all enemies ^^

2/ This depends on how much silver you gain, a.k.a how much you can spend in gold tavern to farm gold reishi for those characters. Honestly getting Urahara is great so i'd right off the bat go for him, regardless of having Rukia already. But alongside Rukia in the same formation? That's great! I'd go for 2 fury supporters at the back, it won't hurt in terms of getting more silver; being more ready for level 110 ^^

3/ Doesn't matter if the evil spirit dies or not, but you have to deal 85% damage to the Evil Spirit you are assigned to. So if you are in the Arrancar clan, you have to deal 85% to that Evil Spirit, that's it ^^ the others don't matter

4/ Not with those equipment, i'd say stick to using full sets, the full set boosts help a whole lot around those levels enter the immune level areas when you're higher up, that's where it'll start to matter more ^^

5/ Go Gin right from the start, going to another route is a serious time waster and you might aswell spend all that time going for your final mod soul rather than one you are going to replace later ^^
