So, finaly the CN servs release the first Red cash char ( the 2nd red, first one was Aizen final hogyoku fusion) and its Final Getsuga Tensho, like my other posts dunno CN so its his data + Skill Preview in CN (Sorry) he was released today in some kind of Hallowen event but dunno why, i try to search but today An Lushan Rebelion Day, maybe that?? anyway he cost 34k fishes (yep like hallowen candies) so here is.

that makes running a 1-3-1 with grim sound interesting

yeh actually played my acc today and he does nice at ryoka late waves, he isnt OP but its good and can be really good with Isshin

isshin can skill twice per turn if you have rukia and kisuke T1
