PvE Setup dilemma

Hello!
I'd like to ask ya all how should i set up my assaulter line for 0-3-2 formation for PvE.
Possible picks to use: Tavern Ikkaku(phase 1 upgrade, lv 104 lv 9 evo, 10 lv excl), Zabimaru Renji( lv 106, lv 6 evo, 10 lv excl), Pantera Grimmjow(fresh pick,upgraded  couple mins ago, lv 80-exp increasing in progress,lv 2 excl, no evo done cuz saving vit for UBP)
My Support line is: Tavern Urahara(phase 1 upgrade,lv 1 reincarnate, 105 lv, lv 8 evo, 22 lv excl)+Tenjiro Kirinji(lv 1 rein,lv 109, lv 11 evo-2/7 items done, lv 24 excl)
Feel free to give some advices,I am open for learning from ya all. Peace

i'd save up to get tavern kenny since he would do more dmg than renji, and he would add more block to your assaulter line to keep them going in the higher phases. but the rest of your team sounds good

Yeah, 230 is good for pve
