No they wont. At 12 gold rate it would be 96 gold for  a lv 4 fury stone.
Currently u get them theoretically for free for buying this pack for 880 gold. Except dodge stones all other stones are useful, so it wont cost much more to get this fury stones at the beginning b4 u got enough from the other stones. It wouldnt make any sense to buy a single lv 1 fury stone for much more than 12 gold.
Otherwise u could still better buy the pack or buy the fury stones in some event.

With blackmarket u had still to pay 12288g for full fury or 8192 with fury enchant on the weapon.
To get fury by uruhara shop now, u have to pay around 9 times that much, but get all other stones too, so would not have been wasted gold, to have bought them b4, since all other stones were better than too.
So for all the vip 10 with full fury, it should not be that problem.

I think it's more that people are upset because it wasn't implemented properly. The servers were not merged to balance them. goFUgames just lumped them all together. They screwed a lot of people on the events by doing this. They even screwed the top players by making ES values drop ridiculously low. If goFUgames had actually done the work on it and implemented it properly, the merge would have been received with much less criticism. They will probably screw up a black market as well. Those 12g level 1 fury stones? Probably 120g. LOL
