Hey guys i started 1month ago on new server and idk what formation i would like to play or what formation is the best.

In case that Kisuke should be faster to fury up rest of team.Kisuke's exclusive skill suits better for PvE. Oh I forgot to mention- I'M NOT DRUNK.

Having T1 Kisuke is kinda obvious. With Shunsui it will work really well. Make sure that exclusive level of both will be at least 30, Shunsui will start to shine af. Tavern Byakyua is great PvP partner(and for Void Region also-because of death mod),getting Yama is also a good idea(only for PvP,his PvE kinda sucks like Byakuyas). For PvE I recommend Ikkaku+Kenpachi(one of them in formation instead vanguard). Komadoge is safe pick for VG- he's tanky as hell and easy to build up, Hichigo as later upgrade is fine,good stats,aid rate for assaulters is gr8.
From what I can suspect- you're playing as F2P(VIP 0). Try to upgrade your partners with Evolution- it is great way to boost their stats,but you'll have to use tons of vit to make it to decent level.
