D. Ichigo vs Noza

Simple question, who's better?  To make it easier, red hogyo is irrelevant as I can't afford it.  I do have a 4 star noza.  NO red hogyo, I use the red hogyo on speed for Hikifune and strength for b.renji, and I'm not anywhere close to getting a red hogyo for noza.  So without the red hogyo, who'd be better?

Yes I meant that, my bad.  I always confuse them. The red hogu.
