I am so confused...Need Help

I was thinking of way to make myself strong, and I came across bonds. What the hell are bonds, how do they help me, and how do I use it....So confused. People in my server have helped me out, but I am still confused, so PLEASE HELP

The ones that I don't have yet pretty much require your main to be T1 and do 95% damage and still have 95% hp left with having a full group.  Once you are strong enough and have true T1 with gear, you can do all the stages.

Here is my alt's bond stage progress.  Since I haven't got the 3rd star for Bonding Stage 5, I am unable to get the bond with Yumichika yet.




I have the bond complete with Orihime for Defense.  Here you can see that her portrait has been lightened up, but his is still dark even though I have them both in the Attibute Bonus area.

You need to complete the bond training stages first.  I will use my alt's Mayuri to explain.  One of his bond partners is Yumichika.  Mayuri can get bonus HP by either having Yumichika in the party or in the section called "Attribute Bonus".  

For Mayuri to get that bond with Yumichika, I would need to check the requirements under the tab called "In Battle" by hovering mouse over the icon with 3 stars and the one that is Dam.  The first requirement is getting all 3 stars from Bonding Stage 5.  The second requirement is to complete Bonding Stage 5 with just Mayuri and main with no zanpakuto with Mayuri doing less than 50% total damage.
