So how close to getting him are you guys? I mean, i started clearing CSB week ago and already got 500 red stones. Looks like i will get him in 4 months. What about ppl that started collecting day 1 ?

In theory: yes, just as a VIP0 can get the other CSB chars as well. You just have to win enough in csb so you can grab the chests that contain the shinigami tokens and - now - the inferno stones for Aizen. I'm VIP0 and I have 3645 inferno stones for him right now, so I'm already 1/3 there.
