I can't figure out how to PM someone that has two names. They're not in my friends list so I have to try from the chat menu, but when I type in the name it says not online/ doesn't exist and I can see their character standing in the square in the game. Tried it with a lot of others, can't message them in some way. Trying to message the owner of a guild that has two names and I can't do it.
