The only event I know is the map thing that can give 12 fury stones for one go around, other than  ...

i think 1st day of relo guardian only cost 500gold top up for 8 basic fury stones

no reio gaurdian 1rst day is socket stones then 2nd day is fury stones lols

T1 is best obtained through Reio Guardian and Treasure map...   you CAN get them quicker, but it is MUCH MUCH MUCH more expensive
