Support Killers

I have Hiki, Nimaiya, crap main, crap assaulter, Bankai Kenpachi

Im looking to find someone to either add to the team to kill supports (ultimately trying to prevent a BRukia from ruining my day)

I was wanting to swap my assaulter for Muken Aizen whenever I get him, but I doubt he'd ever be able to outspeed a stacked BRukia (have to assume the worst)

So the options were to either stack one of my current supports, or swap someone for an alternate support killer

What should I do?

nah, there are other ways, outspeed her and hit her hard for sure...  human K is a good counter...  she's not a beat all end all, and is overpriced for sure...  but she is wonderful by all means

yeah, that will do although I'm still not sure which zan you use (would be good if you clarify it), if I understood correctly and you are using senbon then it will be hard to make hiki faster than b.rukia, if you are using zan which shows at least some love to supporters then it shouldn't be problem to outspeed b.rukia, just noticed that koga also cast chaos on supporters and he is pretty fast for assaulter+ he would be good for PvE and his death mod is pretty OP so if you're running senbon he may be really valuable partner for you to get, he can counter b.rukia and is useful on other fields as well, as you see there are many partners who can counter b.rukia  so just choose the one who suits you best (or if you have zan which doesn't neglect supporters just stack speed on kirio)
