I have him already  just debating whether to unlock his exclusive or not. level 100

considering how much it takes to get exclusive skill i dont think its worth it

if you simply want to know what skill is better (normal or exclusive) then it depends

imo if you have 2 fury givers (like c. orihime and kisuke tavern) then i think so, otherwise i dont think its better, cause normal skill gives a bigger bonus in attack and also crit for more rounds
