How much would Toshiro be in new event using free chances and gold ?

It depends on the server, if you found yourself alone in it no need to bother, if it still active and you really want to recruit a specific partner why not + if the price is faire for example ubp is fairest to spend vits and buy vits,

My server tbh is crazy, we have already a dude with zangetsu so i let you imagine the spending rates hahahahahahha

yeah, they are repeating some partner and zans now..
now we knows that shini shinji reappear, if shini yoru/ shini ura appeared again I wont be surprised

but, server population is getting low day by day as many players already lost interest.. should we spend more money onto this game?

yep the matérials are better for now the zans too expensive, and for my formation the partners that shows are little useless, the only one usefull was toshiro and costed 7k first,

PS: if you manage to have 5 tokens in the forth one per day by spending around 300 gold you'll get a partner the fifth day for 1.5k gold, i doubt gogames gonna put another partner till then or maybe gonna raise the prices most likely

first time i see a partner cost less then 10k gold in over 2 months... (together with dark rukia)
Edit: no idea if toshiro is good or not. just one of my fav characters in bleach so gotta have him :>

if you lose vs nimaya it would cost you 5800 gold (auto win all the way) + u get full relampago.
