Black screen bug

first time logging in and the screen is just pitch black it did load but there is nothing there....what do I do?

This might happen when you have slow connection or the loading was interupt on first time loading.

1. Try to refresh and see what happen.
2. Try another browser
3. Clear cache and try to enter the game.

If all of this didn't work out,you should send an email to support.
