Oetsu and Shinso both have a 10% speed halo...  I'm hoping for Oetsu UBP for just this reason

As for hogu I have maxed warrior and all lv 12 agil stones, gin mod lv70.

But just how I am I should pass most once I start building ryujin past 50 and upgrade the equipment more.

Ah ok. I'd grab the godlike dmg + speed hogyoku next and check out the csb ultimate accessories (u less that's what ur using I forget the stats) and max a lvl12 speed hogu. Also if you go 3 support route I'd look to replace hiki with oetsu so you can get the 10% speed halo

Oh she can be and will be.

but ryujin is only lv50 and exclusive is only 39, while the SP equipment is like 2 upgrades lower then most.

The idea is to get my senju speed up just as good as rajin and combo in the 3rd support, cause combo doesn't rely on speed.

But the 3rd is to be able to be swapped out for a T1 B Ruki to decimate stronger players with good VG that survive ryujin.
